It's a decent hotel and people are very friendly. Because it
is smaller than others in Las Vegas it's easy to manuver
through, but the wait at there Cafe was way too long!
Its
easy to Maneuver through, not as big as others.
We
had to wait really long for our food (Cafe).

I stayed in monte carlo 4 years ago. This time it was very
disappointing. Beds and linens need to be replaced. Decor is
outdated. non-smoking room smelled of smoke. Nice casino
area.

It was a good hotel, however I think 4 stars is a little
overstated, I would give it 3.5 stars.
It
was not expensive and close to the strip.
Construction
right next door, you car gets really dirty because of it.
